  • Deep Forest Lab Launches TenderWatch — Tender Discovery App for Singapore SMEs

SINGAPORE — 8 May 2026 — Deep Forest Lab today announced the public launch of TenderWatch, a mobile application that automates government and corporate tender discovery

for small and medium enterprises in Singapore. Available on iOS and Android, TenderWatch monitors multiple procurement portals — including the Government Electronic Business (GeBiz) portal, Changi Airport Group (CAG), and SATS — and pushes new tenders straight to users’ phones in real time.

Singapore’s government tender market is significant, and according to a Ministry of Finance parliamentary reply, about 80 per cent of bidders and awarded suppliers in 2023 were locally-based SMEs. Yet for many smaller businesses, finding and evaluating relevant tenders remains a manual, time-consuming process — one that favours larger companies with dedicated procurement teams.

TenderWatch addresses this by aggregating tenders from multiple sources into a single mobile app. New tenders appear in users’ feeds within hours of publication, and three types of push notifications — new tenders, deadline reminders, and award announcements — are available to every user free of charge.

“Most SMEs do not have the resources to check government tender portals every day. They miss opportunities not because they are unqualified, but because they did not know the tender existed. TenderWatch changes that. We built it so that a one-person business has the same access to government procurement as a company with a full bid team.”

Goh Si Hao, Founder and CEO at Deep Forest Lab

The application is available with a free tier — covering open tenders from the last 28 days, awarded tenders from the last 14 days on GeBiz, and full real-time push notifications across all sources — at no cost and with no card required. Pro is offered at SGD 4.98 per month with a 7-day free trial; Pro removes the time limit on open tenders, extends awarded-data history to 90 days, and adds bookmarks and tracking. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the App Store or Google Play.

Beyond discovery, TenderWatch keeps users informed throughout the tender lifecycle: alerts when new tenders are posted, deadline reminders before closing, and award notifications. Tender data is stored locally for offline access, and users can share tenders to colleagues via WhatsApp or email in two taps.

Deep Forest Lab plans to continue expanding TenderWatch’s source coverage in Singapore over time.

TenderWatch is available for download on the App Store and Google Play. For more information, visit tenderwatch.biz.
